Professional Hypnotherapy Diploma

What you will learn

We aim to giver our students the toolset, the skillset and the mindset to be a confident hypnotist, and an effective professional hypnotherapist.

Our course assumes no prior knowledge of hypnosis or therapy. It attracts complete beginners as well as experienced therapists, and accommodates them all.

From the very first lesson you will learn via a series of practical skill building exercises. You will understand how to use the building blocks of suggestion, as well as techniques for therapeutic change.

Our classes are interactive and practical. As well as this, in each lesson you are assigned a HypnoBuddy and a HypnoCircle, who you are encouraged to connect, practice with, and support.

This is a fifty-hour live-online training. There are twelve four-hour lessons, one every two weeks, and a two-hour awards ceremony. It all takes place on Zoom with Freddy Jacquin and Anthony Jacquin.

Lesson 1

An introduction to hypnosis, hypnotherapy and what your expectations can be from this course. As well as this we provide an overview of this systematic approach to helping people change. You will learn four techniques that illustrate the key principles of hypnosis. You will hypnotise someone in this first lesson.

Lesson 2

We focus on teaching you to hypnotise. You will practice the techniques best suited to therapy. You will learn to hypnotise individuals and groups, in person, and online. You can expect a practical lesson where you will hypnotise your fellow students, and get hypnotised by them.

Lesson 3

The focus of this lesson is the technique that sits at the heart of this approach - the parts negotiation. It is a utility tool, that can be pointed at almost any therapeutic problem. You will practice several variations of it suited to changing habits, overcoming fears, weight control, and performance.

Lesson 4

In this lesson two more major tools are added to the tool kit. You will learn The Arrow Technique direct from the man that created it, Freddy Jacquin, and the JHA version of The Rewind. After this lesson, when you meet someone suffering with chronic physical or emotional pain, you will say, "I can help you."

Lesson 5

In this session you will learn how to safely and ethically guide people in how to revisit and reassess past events. We actively discourage the use of regression techniques. You will also learn many other suggestion strategies here too,  including direct, indirect, metaphorical and post-hypnotic suggestions.

Lesson 6

This lesson is all about showing people state management, how to break their state, change their state, so they can show up ready for whatever they take on. Then you will learn everything that happens before a hypnotic induction - establishing the clients outcome, questions, and the pre-hypnosis discussion.

Lesson 7

This session brings together all that you have learnt so far. You will learn how to put together and conduct a full session for anxiety, fear or panic. Your homework is to conduct such a session with your HypnoBuddy, and self-assess your performance. This must be completed to finish the course.

Lesson 8

This session brings together all that you have learnt so far. You will learn how to put together and conduct a full session for a habitual behaviour. Your homework is to conduct such a session with your HypnoBuddy, and self-assess your performance. This must be completed to finish the course.

Lesson 9

This session brings together all that you have learnt so far. You will learn how to put together and conduct a full session for a weight control. Your homework is to conduct such a session with your HypnoBuddy, and self-assess your performance. This must be completed to finish the course.
