If you are not happy for any reason with the quality of our training, just ask for your money back within 7 days of making your purchase. Nothing on this page, any of our websites, or any of our content or curriculum is a promise or guarantee of results or future earnings, and we do not offer any legal, medical, tax or other professional advice. You alone are responsible and accountable for your decisions, actions and results in life, and by your registration here you agree not to attempt to hold us liable for your decisions, actions or results, at any time, under any circumstance. TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Product Returns & Subscription Cancellations * 100% money back guarantee for all digital products (includes price of product only). Applicable to international (outside of U.K.) orders, it does not cover any foreign exchange charges from your bank or credit card company. Live Events and Classroom Training  * Full refunds will be granted if you register at least 60 days prior to the first day of the live event and provide notice of cancellation within 30 days of your registration. * Any other cancellation is subject to a $200 cancellation fee provided you cancel before within 14 days of the start of class. * If you need to change the date of the class you plan to attend please contact us as soon as possible. FOR JACQUIN HYPNOSIS ACADEMY SUBSCRIPTIONS ONLY: Monthly Subscriptions: You have SEVEN (7) Days from the date of the original purchase to request a refund for your Jacquin Hypnosis Academy monthly subscription. Any refund request after the SEVEN (7) DAY time limit will not be processed. You may cancel at any time. Please request any cancellation via email at [email protected] Yearly Subscriptions: For yearly subscription purchases, you have SEVEN (7) Days from the date of the original purchase to request a refund for your Jacquin Hypnosis Academy yearly subscription. Any refund requests after 7 days will not be processed. Cases where no refund will be granted:  Refunds during the first seven days are designed to eliminate any financial risk for the customer if he/she feels that our training is not a good fit.  Therefore, if a customer has previously been a subscriber or been issued a guest pass to the Academy, no refund will be issued. Of course, any customer may still cancel at anytime. * Excessive returns will not be accepted. Refunds will not be given to any one customer for one specific product more than once. There is an unlimited amount of orders that a customer can place for one specific product, but the money back guarantee is void after a customer has used it for one specific product once. * Valid proof of returning a product includes a confirmation number. If the customer has a confirmation number and it is within the cancellation period, then a full refund will be issued. Terms of Subscription Renewal: Monthly Jacquin Hypnosis Academy subscriptions automatically renew each month at the stated retail price until the subscriber notifies the company that they wish to cancel. Yearly Jacquin Hypnosis Academy subscriptions automatically renew each month at the stated retail price until the subscriber notifies the company that they wish to cancel.
